Nancy Cross comes to the Academy with a Master's Degree in Music from Andrews University in Michigan.

She has been teaching piano since she was 16, when she offered lessons to neighborhood children. Most of her professional career was spent at Forest Lake Academy near Orlando, Florida, and at Shenandoah Valley Academy in New Market. She also spent a few years as a Creative Arts Teacher for Shenandoah Conservatory. Nancy has taught students of all ages, from six to eighty!

Nancy is the organist at St. Mark Lutheran Church in Luray. "I love music and I love people, and getting the two together has always been a joy," she says.
